Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
Who: This class is for nurses, physicians and EMS providers. Most other health and wellness professionals will want Heartsaver CPR and/or First Aid.
The class will be adapted to the work environment and skills of the providers.
This class if successfully completed will result in American Heart Association Certification in BLS.
The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Classroom Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
